Hint: If your DJ does not have experience playing at the venue, where you are holding your event, they could potentially face some difficult challenges. Your DJ will need to familiarize himself with your venue to give you the assurance that you won’t have any problems on your event day. Having your DJ contact the venue or better still do a venue walk-through will ensure good communication between all parties that pertain to your specific need and is a great way to avoid event day problems. Having your DJ set-up 2 to three hours before your guests arrive can also help to alleviate potential problems.
